The last wedding of 2019 was one for the books. I enjoyed getting to know these two over the course of the year. It made their wedding day even more special. They had a change of location, and honestly I think it was for the best… I looooooved getting the opportunity to shoot at the Rookery Building in downtown.
Everything fit into place and it was a perfect day. I love these two so much and cant wait to see what married life has in store for them.

When I met Breanna and Nick for the first time, I knew these people would have a special place in my heart. I absolutely loved getting to know them from their first consolation, to their wedding day. These two were made for each other and I can't wait to see what the future holds for them. July weddings are normally pretty warm. Well, their day was incredibly warm. The humidity was ridiculous. Sandy Pines is for sure one of my favorite venues in the area. I mean. Look how beautiful it is?? Any time of year this place I just breathtaking.
I was so happy when Bre and Nick decided to have a first look. I knew Nick's reaction was going to be pretty hilarious. He's not a crier, and thats okay, but I didn't know he would giggle the whole time! The pictures speak for themselves on that one. At the end of the evening, the newlyweds had a special gift to their friends and family, a firework show! AND sparklers. I mean, how cool is that?? One of the best things about my job is taking pictures of people I love. It leads me to being friends with new people and gaining even better friendships with people I have known from before. I met Darryl a couple of years ago because of another good friend. I instantly knew him and I would be friends. He's goofy, carefree, and is always smiling. I then met his fiancé Amanda. We clicked. It was magical. I didn't know that we would become such good friends though, and for that I'm thankful. Fast forward to their big day, and I cried. A lot. These two have a love I haven't seen before. Photographing their wedding was the highlight to my summer. Some of my most favorite images come from this set. I love them both dearly and am so happy I was apart of the biggest day of their lives. Here's to many more memories with you both. <3
