Harper - Lifestyle Newborn

Second newborn sesh of the year. SO super sweet.

I absolutely love when wedding clients come back for more photos later in life. Like for maternity and newborn sessions. I mean… its like the biggest compliment when past couples want to see me again.
Little miss Harper was the sweetest - even though so made me work for all the sleepy photos.
She has two puppy siblings who just adored her as well!

Emily - Lifestyle Newborn

What a year its been so far! WOW!
I can’t believe im just now getting to blog some sessions/weddings from the first half of the year.

I wanted to start with one of my first newborn sessions of the year!

Emily was a peach for her newborn session. She didn’t make a peep. Except when she tried to bite me mid session. She was over my shenanigans. But I mean she was SO adorable I couldn’t stopppp. Her cheeks were just SO squishy.
Her mom and dad are completely and utterly in love with her. <3

Kai - Lifestyle Newborn

The biggest honor I get in life is when past couples hire me for their life memories and some of their biggest moments as couples.
The facial expressions on this kid was top notch! I have never met a more chill baby! Like look at that first picture. Hands under his head, a little smirk.
Just gonna leave these here.. with their sweet pups too!

Horst Family - Lifestyle Newborn

I absolutely love this sweet family - I was so excited to capture them going from a family of three to four.
Its been an absolute pleasure to work with Katy & Nick since Amelia was a newborn!
I had a blast exploring their new home and utilizing the AMAZING natural light that it had. Since Katy is a photographer herself I figured natural light would be easy to come by.
I cant wait to capture more memories for these guys and to grow my friendship with them!

I love the Amelia picked up her camera and wanted to participate in the photo taking fun! One of my most favorite families and sessions! <3

Brandt - Lifestyle Newborn

When your friend has a baby, you invade said friends space and make sure to capture all the sweet baby looks!
Baby Brandt is already 6 months by the time im blogging his newborn sesh, but thats how we roll around here.

Sarah - Lifestyle Newborn

The start of 2021 was the yer of lifestyle newborns. It felt safer to photograph them and it was just a breath of fresh air. 2021 is already so much better than 2020.
It was great getting to meet this sweet little babe, Sarah. She slept throughout the whole entire session.
These are some of my favorite images. Big sister over here was just loving on her newest little sister and her pup. It was so sweet.

Finnegan - Lifestyle Newborn

I am still behind.. with everything in life.. but Finnegan’s lifestyle newborn session was TOO sweet to not post about!
For the first few minutes of the session, I literally thought he was scared of me.. and I think he was! But as the session moved on he got used to me :)

Gavin - Lifestyle Newborn Session

This was my second lifestyle newborn session after quarantine, and it was just a breath of fresh air…
It was great to catch up with Sean and meet Katie & Gavin for the first time!
Sweet little Gavin was not having it for the first half of the session but after some food and rocking he was asleep and good to go for the last half!
I truly love lifestyle newborn sessions. Its just so nice to be in a clients home and be where they feel most comfortable.

Baby Rory - Lifestyle Newborn

My longest ever friend had a baby a few months back, and im just now getting around to blogging about it!
This was the first lifestyle session I have done without natural light, and im digging the contrast and lighting!
Im sure this little nugget is getting bigger and bigger every day! <3

Gianna - Lifestyle Newborn

Gianna made her way into this world while I was in California helping my sister move back home. Her parents Jenna & Andy started off as clients, but quickly become great friends. Jenna is my hair stylist and even did my hair for my wedding. I was so excited that they had me do these pictures for them.
Gianna is SO photogenic and that head of hair is to die for. Her parents are just so in love with her. I absolutely loved all of their images that I had NO chill when posting sneaks. I just knew I had to blog their session. <3

Vivien - Fresh 48 & Lifestyle Newborn

Not long after Ryan & Liliya’s maternity session, baby Vivien popped into this world. It was such a cold day. SO cold. She was also born on my grandmas birthday ;) She was so stubborn when it came to her photo session. Every time we would start to take pictures, she would want mom and some food. We went for as long as we could before we just called it. I mean look at these facial expressions….. <3

About a week after that, I went to Ryan & Liliya’s house for a sweet lifestyle session. We timed it perfectly before sunset so we could get that beautiful golden sunlight..
I am so excited to see them again soon!

Hadley Grey - Lifestyle Session

I was so excited to get another lifestyle newborn session!
Mom and Dad had the perfect nursery set up for her, so much natural light!
This has to be my favorite lifestyle session to date.. Look at those facial expressions. <3

Max - Fresh 48 & Lifestyle Newborn

I met Cortney and Dave in December for my Christmas mini sessions. Cortney then reached out for a fresh 48 AND lifestyle session. I was beyond thrilled. Seeing as I don’t get a lot of Fresh 48 sessions I was so excited. A week later, I was welcomed into their home for their lifestyle newborn session. I hope to see this beautiful family of 3 soon!

Horst Family - Lifestyle Newborn

Its not a secret I don’t get a lot of newborn sessions, so you can understand my excitement when Katy contacted me. I am just IN LOVE with their little family. Sam the puppy really got in on it too. He’s very protective over his little sister. <3 <3 I need more of these. My heart cant handle the cuteness.
